R : Good afternoon sir,how may i help you ?

G : Yes, I would like to check out today.

R : May i ask your name and your room number please ?

G : Sure, my name is Silabes Nguen and my room number is 259.

R : Wait a minute sir, I’ll check for you.Okay sir, you are from room259 and you would like to check out today is it?

G : Yes.

R : Okay sir,here is your bill for 4 night you have been charged RM 1800.For each night, you had been charged RM 450 and the rest are cost for laundry, room service , lunch, and dinner.In total bill is RM 2100.But sir, you had paid for the deposit which RM 2250.So I’ll return your deposit balance RM150.

G : Can I check the bill?

R : Sure, this is your bill sir.Take your time.

G : I think everything is okay.

R :  Okay sir, wait a minute. I’ll print receipt for you.Okay sir, here your receipt and please sign here.

G : Okay.

R : Alright sir,thank you for choosing our hotel.By the way, how was your stay?

G : The room was great. Our beds were really comfortable, and we hadn’t expected such a panoramic view from the balcony.

R : I'm glad you liked it.Can you please fill this form sir.

G : Sure. Here it is.

R : Okay, thank you for your time sir.Do you have any request or any helps?

G : Welcome, no problem.Ohh, i don’t. I can do by myself.Thank you.

Receptionist : Good morning sir, can I help you ?

Guest : Yes please, I would like to check out today. My name is Henry R.

Receptionist : Ok sir, hmmm may I have your key card?

Guest : Yes sure. This is my key card.

Receptionist : Wait a minute sir. Yes, Mr Henry r. You’re from no 811 and you would like to check out today. Right?

Guest : Yes.

Receptionist : Sir, have you used any at our service today?

Guest : No. No at all.

Receptionist : Ok sir, your full payment is RM 2100, but you already paid RM2250. It is true? So I have to return RM 150 to your back.

Guest : Yes, It’s true. I already paid RM2250.

Receptionist : Here your return deposit RM150.

Guest : Alright. Thank you.

Receptionist : Sir, this is your receipt that I have fill up. Please check again to make sure all the information is right.

Guest : Ok.

Receptionist : So now, please wait for a second. I will print your receipt.

Guest : Sure, no problem.

Receptionist : Our hotel also provide this comment card, can you fill up this form to make sure our hotel always relize and fix our mistake.

Guest : Ok. Please wait a moment.

Receptionist : It’s okay, take your time.

Guest : Miss, this is your comment card that I have fill up.

Receptionist : Oh, thank you. Is there anything else that I can help you? Example like call the taxi or keep your luggage?

Guest : Yes.. please.

Receptionist : Sure sir.

Front Office : Good morning, sir. Can I help you ?
Guest : Yes please. I would like to check out today.
Front Office : Ok sir. Hmm…. May I ask your name and room number, sir?
Guest : I am Henry Robert and I am from room no 812.
Front Office : Wait a minute sir. Yes, Mr Robert. You are from room no 812 and you would like to check out today. Right?
Guest : Yes.
Front Office : Sir, have you used any of our service today?
Guest : No. Not at all.
Front Office : Hmmm….. Ok sir. Here is your bill now. For 5 nights you have been charged for RM2 500 and RM 450 for each night and other cost is for laundry and room service you made during this time. In total your bill is RM 2 950.
Guest : Let me check my bill please.
Front Office : Sure sir. No problem. Take your time.
Guest : Ok. I guess everything is ok. Now, I like to pay by credit card. Any problem?
Front Office : Not at all. May I have your card, please?
Guest : Here it is.
Front Office : Please sign your name here, sir.
Guest : Ok. One more thing. I will leave the room now but one of my friend will come at 3 p.m. Can I wait for him in your lobby?
Front Office : No problem at all sir.

Hotel: Good afternoon. Welcome to the Flamingo Hotel. How may I help you?
Guest: I have a reservation for today. It's under my name Kancana Virakun .
Hotel: Can you please spell that for me, miss?
Guest: Sure. K-A-N-C-A-N-A and then V-I-R-A-K-U-N.
Hotel: Yes, Ms. Kancana, we've reserved a double room for you with a view of the ocean for two nights. Is that correct?
Guest: Yes, it is.
Hotel: Excellent. We already have your credit card information on file. If you'll just sign the receipt along the bottom, please.
Guest: Whoa! Five hundred and ninety dollars a night! 
Hotel: Yes, sir. We are a five star hotel after all.
Guest: Well, fine. I'm here on business anyway, so at least I'm staying on the company's dime. What's included in this cost anyway?
Hotel: A full Continental buffet every morning, free airport shuttle service, and use of the hotel's safe are all included. 
Guest: So what's not included in the price?
Hotel: Well, you will find a mini-bar in your room. Use of it will be charged to your account. Also, the hotel provides room service, at an additional charge of course.
Guest: Hmm. Ok, so what room am I in?
Hotel: Room 589. Here is your key. To get to your room, take the elevator on the right up to the fourth floor. Turn left once you exit the elevator and your room will be on the left hand side. A bellboy will bring your bags up shortly.
Guest: Great. Thanks.
Hotel: Should you have any questions or requests, please dial 'O' from your room. Also, there is internet available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Guest: Ok, and what time is check-out?
Hotel: At midday, miss.
Guest: Ok, thanks.

R : Good afternoon, welcome to Prima Hotel, my name is Fatin. How may I assist you?

G : Hello, I want to check in today.

R : Do you have any reservation before this?

G : Yes. I had.

R : Can I get your reservation code?

G : Yes. My reservation number is 072152884.

R : Please wait a second, let me check data first…Thank you for your waiting. I already check your reservation form. The name is this reservation are listed Alice Rosemarry. The date and time of your reservation are on 5th September and the time is 2pm. You will stay for 3 days 2 nights. The type of room you are choose is standard room. Is it your reservation?

G : Yes, it is me.

R : So miss Alice, the room rate of you choose is RM 200 per night. For all the payment is Rm 500 included deposit and you are already pay all the payment by credit card.

G : Yes, true.

R : Ok miss Alice, may I have your ID card for register?

G : Yes, this is my ID card. 

R : Ok. Now, I will fill up your register, can you wait for a second?

G : Sure.

R : Thanks for your waiting. Miss, can you check the register? If no problem, please sign.

G : Okay.

R : Here your ID card miss, thank you. Please keep it.

G : Yes, thank you.

R : This is  your room card. You’ll be in room 108. Do you need any help with you luggage? A bell boy will help you.

G : Yes, of course.

 R : Our hotel has a of of facialities such as type of restaurant. You can choose Chinese Restaurant, Malay Restaurant and Korean Restaurant. 

G : Oh really ? Its sounds good. 

R : This weekend, we have a spa promotion for ‘Hari Kebangsaan’. You can get 50 percent discount including massage.

G : Wow, I should take it, thank you.

R : So now, is there anything else that I can help you?

G : Hello , I came here for my vacation , i would like to check-in please. 

R : Have you make a reservation before,  sir ? 

G : Yes i have. 

R : May i get your reservation number please. 

G : Sure,  Its 62250.

R : Okay sir,  Please hold on for a while.

G : Okay sure. 

R : Alright sir,  You have reserve a deluxe room for two nights from 15th of August until 17th of  August. Is that correct sir ?

G : Yes,  thats correct. 

R : Can i get your ID sir ?

G : Sure here it is. 

R: Okay sir , Could you please check the detail on this form if its correct. 

G : Yes,  Everything is correct. 

R : Okay sir, If you just please sign at the bottom. 

G : (signing) Here you go. 

R : Alright sir,as  for the deposit,  you will need to pay a total of Rm 200 . Would you prefer to pay with cash or credit card ?

G : I would like to pay with cash please. (Giving cash) 

R : Thank you sir,  here is your receipt and also your ID card. 

R : This is your key card,  Your room number is 407. To get to your room,  you need to take the elevator on the right,  straight up to 4th floor. As you exit the elevator,  Turn left and go straight , Your room will be on the right side. And this is your breakfast voucher , breakfast will be at 6 am until 10 am only. The restaurant is located at first floor and as you exit the elevator it will be on your left.

G : Okay,  Thank you very much. 

R : Youre welcome.  As for our facilities and service we provide room service , swimming pool ,spa and golf. For the spa and golf, We have a Merdeka promotion starting from today for 3 days. Here is the brochure Sir.

G : Alright,  thanks for the information.
