Guest : Yea actually , I came here for my vacation and i would like to check in please.

F.O.Assistant : Okay sir , Please have a seat.

                         Have you make a reservation before ?

Guest :  Yea i have.

F.O.Assistant : Okay sir , can i get your reservation number please ?

F.O.Assistant : Alright sir , you have reserved a Deluxe Park View Room for 2 night from 28th of February until the 1st of March. Is that correct sir ?

Guest : Yes thats right.

F.O.Assistant : May i get your I.D. sir ?

Guest : Yes, please hold on for awhile. Here

F.O.Assistant : Thank you , Please hold on for a while.

                        Okay sir , Could you please check this form if its correct ?

Guest : Ya , Everything is correct.

F.O.Assistant : Okay sir , if you just sign at the bottom. Here's the pen.

                         Alright sir , for the deposit you will need to pay a total of RM 1977 , Can i get your credit card please ?

                        Okay sir ,here is your reciept and your card.And this is your keycard.Your room number will be 407. To get to your room, please take the elevator on the right, your room will be on the Fourth floor, As you exit the elevator, turn left go straight and your room will be on the right side. And this          is your breakfast voucher , breakfast will be from 6 am until 10 , the restaurant is located at the first floor, as you exit the elevator turn left.

F.O.Assistant : You're welcome sir. As for our facilities and service. We have provide a room service,swimming pool,spa and golf. And we have a promotion for 3 days from today and this is the brochure sir.

And you have been charged RM500 per night and the rest is the cost for laundry, room service , lunch and dinner which cost RM310, and you have paid for deposit  RM2500. So, I will return to you the balance RM190.

R : Please have a check the bill sir to confirmation.Is everything correct ?

G : Yes, everything is fine.
